This fruit resembles a small brown mango in shape, with a firm reddish-brown flesh. It is grown in various areas of Thailand , among them Chonburi , Sukhothai , Nakhon Sawan and Nakhon Si Thammarat . The fruit is eaten when ripe , the peel is removed, and the flesh is sliced into pieces, avoiding the hard brown seeds . It has a sweet , but rather strong taste.,
