Whether you are new to Thailand, or a regular visitor now wanting to settle here, let us here at CPC make this easy for you. We provide a complete and personal Property Management Service, to take care of every last detail for you.

Firstly, you will need a Bank Account and set up utilities with the local services, electric co. etc. We assist you with all your needs.

PROPERTY SUPERVISION FOR YOUR HOME

Our Property Management offers a CPC Personal Monthly Supervision Package with a full range of services to ensure your home is looked after in your absence.

• Pay/check bills - electric, water, gas, house insurance etc.
• Alarm/security checks
• Pest control service checks
• A 2- MONTHLY REPORT by email to let you know what is going on in your area, and to keep you informed of any requirements/repairs necessary for the upkeep of your valued property.

PROPERTY CARE FOR YOUR HOME

In addition to our Property Management CPC Personal Monthly Supervision Package, we also offer you a CPC Personal Domestic Maintenance and Repair Service.

To be able to relax and know your home is being cared for while you are away, is and must be your priority. We do this for you.

We have available skilled labour - plumbers, carpenters, painters, or whoever you need, to maintain your property in pristine condition at all times. Contact CPC for a free quotation, and let us take care of your home in your absence.

Property Management Fees :

When the Property is vacant:

• Monthly Management Fee - 6,000 baht ( paid bi-annually)
• Deposit payment - 20,000 baht for bill payment/minor repairs
• Weekly general Property check/automatic repairs to minor damage/tap leakage etc.
• Pool maintenance ( including chemicals)
• Twice weekly maid service
• Garden maintenance
• Payment of bills( electric, gas, water, UBC etc.)
• 2 monthly e-mail Property report

When the Property is rented out by the owner :

• Monthly Management Fee - 6,000 baht( paid bi-annually) with additional 1,500 baht per week rented
• Weekly general Property check with automatic repairs to minor damage/tap leakage etc.
• Pool maintenance ( including chemicals)
• Twice weekly maid service
• Garden maintenance
• Payment of bills( electric, gas, water, UBC etc.)
• 2 monthly e-mail Property report

Also including :

• Free Airport pick-up/drop-off service
• Increase in maid service facility (to be paid by the rentee)
• CPC Client Care Service (baby sitting/tour/car rent etc.)
• All Clients have CPC contact in case of emergency or any request
