If you have a property already on Koh Samui. We here at CPC offer you the opportunity to give us your property to rent full-time on your behalf. We offer to take the property giving you the option of one month's use per year (not high season periods) and the remainder 11 months is contracted to CPC. From this we take 25% from all rental income and the Property Management Fees are inclusive.
